SEPTEMBER CEO WORKSHOP: SEPTEMBER 12TH, 2013
DEVELOPING YOUR TEAMS STRENGTHS
Research data indicates that fewer than 25% of the workforce are functioning at high levels of performance and around 50% of employees function at a level that simply allows them to keep their jobs.
Is the level at which you and your company operate going to get you to where you want to go? At what level are you and your management team operating? Who is doing exemplary work, just acceptable work and who is a drag on your business and achieving your goals? What is your role in the level at which your company operates and is your level of performance holding your company back?
What are the steps to improving performance? What are the resources you need to be at the top of your game? What about your management team…. What do they each need to develop in order to perform at their best and stay at their best? What are the risks if you do nothing?
In this workshop, you will explore these issues, create awareness about your and your team’s level of performance and generate initial steps in a plan to achieve your dream team and your company goals.
